A simple google search provides the simple definition of “Table manners” to be the etiquette used when eating. This includes the appropriate use of utensils.

Do you remember doing these hand motions as a child? “Here’s the Church, Here’s the people. Open the door and See all the people.” The real church is not made of bricks and mortar but of people. In fact, God is building His church and is doing so with people. His utensils if you will. Are these people being properly appropriated?

And so it is with us, God has given each one of us a special gift. For some it is an ability, others a unique experience still others a certain trait or life passion. No two of us have exactly the same gift set. 

God has created you with a purpose and has fitted you with a unique set of gifts that best compliments and facilitates His plan for your life. You could continue to go thru life eating soup with a fork but why would you want too? It is extremely messy not too mention time-consuming and ultimately pointless!

Learn to discover your God given gifts and you will be well on your way to realizing your ultimate God designed potential. Wouldn’t it feel great to go to bed tonight and be able to say to yourself, “I teamed up with God to make a difference today!”
